BioAlmost a year ago, one of my Aikibudo teachers challenged us to pick a kata and do it every day religiously for a year. The other part of the challenge was keeping a journal about the experience.
Here at the end of the challenge (and beyond as I intend to keep doing this after the New Year), I've decided to put the journal online for a number of reasons. It'll be easier to update it this way, easier to look back on it, and if I choose to share it, sending a link will be much easier than photocopying a huge ream of paper.
I'll begin this the same way my teachers begin many of their writings: any mistakes or errors made in the following writing are entirely mine, and do not reflect deficiency on the part of my teachers. I accept full responsibility for what is written here.
